Matt Rush - Current Treasurer
Aric Aldrich: I am running for the Rocky Creek Estates POA Board. My wife, Nancy, and I are building our "forever home" on the corner of RCE and Red Shadow and hope to move in before Christmas this year. We have 3 boys, aged 16 to 21 and a Yorkie. We are fully invested in RCE, both building a home and developing commercial lots at the front of the neighborhood. My day job is a pilot for a major airline, and I fly historic WWII aircraft on the side. I have served in numerous leadership roles in my career including managing a small base of 18 employees in a corporate flight department and almost 200 volunteers at a non-profit organization and hope to use that experience to provide positive input to the board and neighborhood. Thank you for your consideration.
Derrick McCullar: I have lived in Rocky Creek Estates since March 2017. I want to bring new ideas and action to the board to help beautify and advance our neighborhood. I have been in Public Service for 19 years.
Paul Mikolajczyk: I’m married, with three grown children, two grandchildren, and one more on the way. I love working with wood, building things, and fixing things that just don’t want to work anymore. I designed and built two of my previous homes. I have been employed with National Oil Well Varco for over 47 years. I have worked in just about every field you can think of in a oilfield service company. I have worked both on and offshore on oil drilling rigs as a service technician and subsea engineer.
My background is mechanical engineering and manufacturing engineering, along with supervision and management. I have designed specialized tooling and work holding fixtures for the machine shop. I have designed castings and forgings that are still being used today in our various product lines that we manufacture here. For the past 30 years I have been in various management fields, over the Manufacturing Engineering department, Manufacturing Manager over the machine shop, tool room and at one time the programing departments. I have over 5 supervisor and leadsmen reporting directly up to me, and have over 60 indirect reports. I’m responsible for more then 42 CNC machine tools, and 12 manual machines, totaling in value over $48.5 million.
Tim Palazzolo: I am the owner of GAP Racing located in front of Rocky Creek Estates. My wife Jenn, my daughter Reese, and I just started construction on our residence inside Rocky Creek Estates on Whispering Sage Dr. Having been involved in many residential builds along with my recent commercial build, I think I can bring a lot of knowledgeable and useful experiences to the Property Owners Association. I have a strong business background, which I can contribute useful information to the board. I also am very well versed in website design and marketing. My goal is to increase the communication throughout the community, build the value of the neighborhood, while helping others resolve any obstacles that may occur along the way.
Matt Rush: I have lived in the neighborhood with my wife Leslie since August 2019. I have served as a board member and treasurer for the Rocky Creek POA for the last two years. I also served as a board member and officer for the Northeastern Chemical Association (NECA) for the last 5 years, which is a petrochemical industry nonprofit organization that is comprised of approximately 200 members. I would like to serve on the board for another term to continue to bring new ideas and work with the other board members to improve our neighborhood.
